Investigations Policy

The Investigations policy states the Company reserves the right to use any lawful method of investigation which in its sole discretion it deems reasonable and necessary to determine whether any employee has engaged in conduct warranting disciplinary action. All employees are expected to cooperate in any investigation. Failure to cooperate may lead to discipline, up to and including discharge. False information provided in the course of an investigation may lead to discipline, including discharge. It covers results of investigations, and penalties.

Investigation Policy

All of our livelihoods depend on the success of the Company, and when that success is threatened because of drug use, theft, espionage, or other wrongful activities, it is incumbent on all of us to resolve the problem as quickly and as accurately as possible. Investigations protect both you and the Company, and, as a result, your livelihood. If you ever at any time have any questions regarding the policy or the procedures of an investigation, do not hesitate to contact the human resources department at ____-____-_______.

The Company reserves the right to use any lawful method of investigation which in its sole discretion it deems reasonable and necessary to determine whether any employee has engaged in conduct warranting disciplinary action.

All employees are expected to cooperate in any investigation. Failure to cooperate may lead to discipline, up to and including discharge. False information provided in the course of an investigation may lead to discipline, including discharge.

The results of the investigation will be made available only to those employees with the need to have access to it or as needed to be disclosed as part of the investigation.

Those persons whom the Company has reason to believe have engaged in actions contrary to the policies or best interests of the Company will be subject to discharge.

Any employee who knows or observes improper or wrongful conduct is to contact the __________________________ or any officer of the company. All managers have a responsibility to act on such information. Employees who fail to report improper or wrongful conduct and managers who fail to act are subject to discipline, including discharge.
