The Solution: Always research and proofread.
Take your time with each send, and be thorough in your proofreading. Double and triple check for the names of the organization and hiring manager are correct. Where possible, try and show that you’ve done your research on the company.
We all know that landing a job, in some ways, is a game of numbers. But don’t let quantity trump quality. You can send out a million applications but if they’re sloppy, you might as well have sent out zero.
