Human Resources was all the rage this year – especially in Hollywood. It’s no surprise, considering that the economy has inspired many storylines where employees were fired, hired, downsized, promoted, etc, etc. And we all know, HR is where the action’s at, right?

However, you may have noticed HR cropping up in the most unlikeliest of places… from scripted dramas such as ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” to big screen movies like “Up in the Air.”

And often, HR never made an appearance. Rather, Hollywood took a look at what would happen if common HR problems like sexual harassment and workplace performance occurred unchecked. Some of these films and shows were an example of what happens when there is no HR to take control.

(Note: Spoiler’s aplenty so beware!)

The List:
1. Obsessed
2. Grey’s Anatomy
3. Extract
4. Up in the Air
