  WILL AND FREEWILL: Many neural circuits are fully formed or semiformed at birth. Reflexes like palmar grasp reflex and sucking reflex nerve circuits are preformed in the human infants while the neural circuits for swimming are semiformed and have to be completed by learning to swim at least once in a lifetime.Learning is a conscious process and so involves the cerebral cortex,but,once learning has occured,it more or less disengages from the cerebral cortex and becomes a subconscious activity.This is true for all other learnings like driving a car or typing on the key board of a computer and even the way we think or what we are looking or hearing at continuously. So many activities occur without getting registered in the consciousness unless specifically predetermined by the person to observe it consciously.All learnings,habits and reflexes which occur \"preconsciously\" (i.e registered in the subconscious prior to getting registered in the conscious) are the will\'s of the organism. Freewill is \"presubconscious will\" i.e the activity is first planned and registered in the higher centers (non autonomic centers) of the brain.When such free willed activity is repeated again and again it sinks in to the subconscious becoming automatic and thus comming in to the class of willed activity.Now this activity not necessarily registers in to the conscious mind because of habituation. I use randomness,disorder,chaos and mutationness interchangeably in my posts.Without mutationness their can be no change and so no physical and psychological evolution.In a previous post addressed to VeniVidiVici123,ihave described how randomness is a universal property of material existence including our mind.mutation in any subconscious thought, action or observed sensation immediately makes that will enter the domain of consciousness for its analysis or synthesis by the cerebral cortex and so it becomes freewill.Just like genetic mutations most of the mutations of will may be useless or harmful for the individual and his environment, but with trial and error the individual learns to cause benificial mutations. Only that activity of the subconscious which later gets registered in the conscious is called \"preconscious\" activity, and, it is what we understand as \'will\'. Regarding any doubt about the need of the term subconscious, note that an organism can actively interact with it\'s environment subconsciously but not when it is unconscious. I believe in Freewill because it is the process by which Wills are made,we can use this process to make good wills or bad wills in people. Trying to make my point more clear: Mutation/s in \'will\' , caused either by environmental factors or spontaneously due to random fluctuations in nerve connections, changes it in to \'freewill\'. Repetitions of freewill causes it to become will. The property of \'will\' and \'freewill\' of being substrates for the formation of each other is the cause of the illusions that only \'will\' or only \'freewill\' exists. Subconscious consists of hardwired nerve circuits (genetically determined or learnt like long term memories). These circuits are the foundation on which new knowledge is built. Stimulation of subconscious circuits makes the nerve connections of these labile and makes these to be held closely to consciousness. This is preconscious will. Mutation/s in these labile connections causes preconscious to become part of consciousness. This is freewill. A freewill circuit undergoing repetition in the consciousness becomes presubconscious will as the nerve connections forming it become less and less labile with repetition till it becomes subconscious or long term memory. maunas

  THE sELF OF HUMANITY WILL FORM WHEN ALL OUR BRAINS IMPROVED BY TECHNOLOGY AND THOSE OF OUR CREATED TECHNOLOGICAL INTELLIGENCES GET CONNECTED TO FORM A SUPER BRAIN.THIS SUPER BRAIN WILL BE CAPABLE OF TAKING SINGLE DECISIONS FOR PROBLEMS CONCERNING THE ENTIRE MANKIND.This self of humanity is god.Within a few billion years god will learn to create big bang singularity.I am typing these words because the initial cracks or disorders in the homogenity of the big bang singularity had predetermined my existence and behaviour in time (unaffected by the background randomness which is the cause of freewill-see below).The above defined god creates inhomogenities in the big bang singularity which in turn predetermines the recreation of the similar god again.This god again creates a new inhomogeneous big bang singularity by the end of time of the next universe and so on infinitely.   we are in the process of becoming the god who will fill the information in the next cosmic egg for the existence and evolution of the next universe.

  Continued maintainence of a unique location, &/or structure,&/or behavior are the attributes needed by different entities to express their existence.This ‘Attribute’of existence’ is the only essential and permanent religion for all entities to exist.
  ‘Human Religions’ arose when the mind tumbled in to’choas’needed for freewill, and reacted to get located, &/or behaved, &/or structured predictably. Therefore religious and sociopolitical philosophies tended to become fundamentalistic,fetteristic,rigid,fascist,blind,certainistic,involuntary,ritualistic and a uniquely prejudiced fetish of man.Such force identified order, but like other entities of creation the permanence of attributes of ‘human religion’ was illusion. Because acceleratingly expanding cosmos prevented immutable existence. Untransformable entities became history and the rest mutated to the future.
  Intermingling of chaos with order quantizes existence, and people gravitated to their religions past quanta of ‘becoming’, conceiving the doctrines of their upbringing as immutable dogmas. They violently opposed the motion of the universe from mutating their religion to a future quanta of existence.
  Religion occurs from change required for future survival. Involuntary religion is focused by the motile universe inside and outside body as’will’.'Freewill’ exists whenever gravity of the process of ‘will’ is reduced letting discovery of alternate ‘wills’.Skepticism and imagination are necessary for making discoveries and inventions.Randomness untamed the mind of man from ‘ will’ enforced by the universe inside and outside man to provide him with freewill.Freewill causes skepticism and imagination which is highly developed anthropoid character making man the sapiens sapiens ape. When chaos induces ‘freewill’ in the mind, then other orders and innovations are seen which may be more useful than the present for our survival.
  Chaos exists in all the minds which ‘better’ existence by choosing better orders and inventions for mankind. Messengers of new religious and/or sociopolitical orders were created as a reaction to the terrorism of the old orders. Intentionally inflicting pain and/or death and/or disruption for forcible establishment or growth or survival of one’s beliefs is terrorism. Forcing religious order through terrorism typified religious terrorism. Social terrorism is typified by Maoist naxalites.Nationalism and regionalism was Political terrorism. Terrorism was a part and parcel of human sociopolitical, religious and ethnic development. Highly motivated and disciplined individuals fascist for a particular belief tend to commit acts of terrorism.
  All religions acted by creating prejudiced orders for leading life and understanding the cosmos. Prejudices were necessary to form an operating system for the mind which sieved out order from an infinite and fatally random universe. Irrespective of the type of prejudices whether idolatry or revealed books or any other, benefits for the faithful were equal. The cavemen prejudicingly drew pictures of a successful hunt on selected spots of cave walls and special stones inside deep, dark, narrow crevices of difficult to reach caves. This gave them confidence, concentration, motivation and discipline for big dangerous hunts 80 millennia ago.
  Intermingling of chaos with order makes this cosmos and increases diversity of entities with their novel religions. To be free of sociopolitical and religious terrorism everyone should have similar sociopolitical and religious beliefs.
  Man is the nearest Godly thing because no one has travelled from the future or past or any other part of the universe to guide or rule us. God is destiny of man because practically intelligent life exists only on Earth. Individual human beings are living units of embryo of god and are required to organize themselves through morally right interactions for his manifestation.God defines morality because he is the destiny and target of universal evolution.Morals are codes of behavior required from an individual living unit of a living organization, essential for survival &/or growth of the living organization of which the individual living unit is a member.Except man all other animals in general are almost absolutely moral at present as their moralities are genetically predetermined. The enhanced capacity of freewill in man gives him the capacity of being immoral. When a person fuses his self with that of the whole humanity (which itself is part of the biosphere) & behaves accordingly for the survival &/or growth of all humanity and all life then he behaves morally. Adoption of such a morality by all men is an essential step for the evolution of god. Manifestation of the self of humanity is God.
  Presently we only know that all energy has come out of a singularity or the cosmic egg.Now the conditions of an entity after its birth and before it’s death constitute the life of that entity.Birth and death are subjective concepts because the meaning of life is transformation. And transformation existed even before the conceived point of birth and will continue even after the conceived point of death.These conceived points of birth and death can be different in different contexts and for different subjects. The causal effects in this universe form a continuum and life is subjective view of one part of this transformation continuum. So the singularity of the Big Bang most probably existed because a previous universe existed. Absolute nonexistence i.e non existence in spacetime, in singularity,in memory, in thoughts, in possible ideas and imaginations, with no particles or symbols or any other form of energy, matter or force traces associated ever and anywhere in space time or singularity or multiverse with the destruct body, and with no possibility of it being talked about or chance of coming in to existence would be ultimate destruction or NOTHINGNESS, but this is simply not possible because the destroying agency itself will have to become non existent so that no associates of the destroyed body exists,not even the brain which thought and knew about this destruction, not even the time and space which was associated with the absent body or freed by the absence of the body should exist. And so this previous universe came from a still previous universe and so on infinitely.
  In conclusion we are in the process of becoming the god who will fill the information in the next cosmic egg for the existence and evolution of the next universe.WE ARE OUR SELF THE REASON BEHIND OUR EXISTENCE.
  All disturbances are immortal because energy is immortal and so consciousness is immortal and immortality has sense only when it is infinite. At the end of time of the present universe all consciousnesses which ever occured since the birth of the present universe will have their influence in filling the next cosmic egg with the information for the existence and evolution of the next universe.
  God is able to recreate himself again and again through the infinite consciousness packed in the cosmic egg.

  ROLE OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
  All organisms work or spend energy or create new materials either for relief from pains or for satiety from pleasures.Work done for pleasure ends in satiety while work done to avoid pain ends in relief.Lack of satieties and reliefs animates all. When life is born it is very sad.It cries from pains and lack of pleasures, but when relief from insecurity and satiety from the pleasure work of suckling is provided, it becomes happy.Therefore success in survivals i.e reliefs and successful growths i.e satieties are felt as happiness or consciousness while failure to achieve reliefs and satieties is felt as sadness or deconsciousness.
  Some time after achieving a higher level of happiness,the nervous system gets habituated to it and looses reliefs or analgesias and satieties or anxiolysises thus reanimating life.This addictive character of the brain causes mental leading to physical growth and development.
  Mind= happiness=pain=pleasure=sadness=deconsciousness=consciousness=cognition= feelings=intellect=thought=disturbance=guilt=joy=attention=sensation=life=health=soul= antigravity= disorder=survival=growth=development=existence=evolution=addiction=animation=motion=change=space=time.

  WHAT AND WHY RELIGION FOR HRD?
  Expression/s of structures &/or behaviours and/or locations of an entity that cause and favour it’s continued existence is the religion of that entity. Human resource is finally the entire mankind as a resource so HRD people should be aware of that universal religion which applies to mankind as a whole.Only then HRD can rest assured that it’s human wealth will continue to survive. Right descions get taken automatically if they are based on right knowledge of one's religion.
  The HR professional helps decide and implement the moralities of organizational competency, concern and commitment to serve. Ideas of right and wrong is morality. Employee expressions and activities which favour survival &/or growth of the company is morally right but only when the expressions and activities of the company favour survival &/or growth of all humanity. Individual human beings are living units of a superhuman god which will manifest itself if we organize ourselves through religiously right interactions for his manifestation. Both knowledge about and the ability to execute successful change strategies make the HR professional exceptionally valued for establishing Universal Human Religion.Knowing how to link change to the strategic needs of humanity will CAUSE LESS PAIN AND
  MAXIMIZE THE CHANCES OF OUR CONTINUED EXISTENCE.

  
  BADBYE LOSS OF JOBS:
  People elect governments which promise more money in their hands to spend.In other words governments are forced by the people to cause inflation.People require money for growth of their existence through developing human babies,increasing their activities through machines and tools and extension in space eg. by acquiring new land & constructing new dwellings.But whenever inflation occured it was invariably followed by a depression or deflation with loss of jobs.When jobs were lost the loosers tended to diversify into new functions becoming elements of novel economic entities.Historically inflation of immense energy deflated in to elementary particles.The inflating clouds of elementary particles deflated into clouds of hydrogen atoms.Expanding Hydrogen clouds deflated into galaxies of superstars which through a further series of contractions & explosions (nova's) produced elements of the periodic table.The inflating cosmic dust from nova's was contracted to form earth.The diversification of the original mass into newer entities of existence continued on earth because the earth went through a series of hot's(inflations) and cools(depressions).The living systems were formed which diversified quickly into newer forms whenever their was a depression (i.e cooling) and inflated to huge populations during warmer periods on earth.Depression was therefore obligatory for differentiation or diversification and inflation was obligatory for growth and both the actions were necessary for each other. Inflationary activities of man have now come to a critical point because of globalization of economy.When a company faces monetary (energy) shortage the safest way for it to survive is first to cut down extravagant activities and then to cut down salaries and jobs of human employees because human resources can be regenrated quickly on return of good times.The non human resources such as land, building and machines are very difficult to regenrate and so if they are lost the company dies.Cosumption surplus money saved by people or taxed from them is collected by institutions and provided for enterprises which build infrastructure substratum to culture the increasing human resource.But the amount of energy convertible into money per day on earth is limited by factors such as the amount of recieved sunlight(eg.by limiting photosynthesis & hydroelectricity),amount of extracted fossil fuels per day & the amount of nuclear energy produced per day.When we feed our enterprises false money (overdrafts not based on real collection base) at a rate more than we are obtaining from nature then we head for depression & are liable to continue loosing jobs.

  
  MEGA EVOLUTION OF MAN AND REDEMPTION OF DEMOCRACY

  1.Genetically man was not evolving like other living things due to his artificial capacity for
  survival and reproduction even under fatal for life genetic and environmental conditions.

  2.Division of labour,knowledge and life support facilities were nongenetically inherited from parents, so evolution of man became euthenical rather than eugenical.
  
  3.Euthenical evolution of man did not generally change his anatomy,physiology or morphology but
  drastically altered his psychology, so that though all men generally looked alike they behaved as euthenically different animals.

  4.Exclusive brotherhoods,sects, religions,castes,creeds,social and economic classes tended to form exclusive hereditary classes of different euthenical(psychological) animals.

  5.Democracy did not recognize the euthenical animalism (MANANIMALISM) of man and gave all -------------- mananimals equal voting right for government.So members of the reproductively most successful mananimal group got the powers of governing all life on earth.
  6.Psychologically the most bad for survival and growth of all life were reproductively the most successful mananimals who elected a fatal destiny for all life on earth. (Democratically elected governments did not reflect the average aspirations of all mananimals ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- who voted.They reflected only the aspirations of the reproductively most successful mananimals ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- who were the majority voters.)

  7.Earth became a global nation due to ingenuity of man.Exclusive hereditary classes disappeared after global psychological and physical interbreeding.The megaevolution of man into so many euthenical species of mananimals got mass extinct.
  8.A homogeneous global population of mananimals which came into existence thus redeemed democracy from the sin of extinguishing all life on earth.(Because now democratically elected governments reflected the average aspirations of all bygone mananimals rather than being the monopoly of a single species of the majority mananimal.)
