    Hello Vannati. Muchas gracias for the invitation. I hope you saw the Dolphins beat our local team (the Chargers) last Sunday, that was a good game. I enjoyed it, the best team won!

    I have a question; is Heathcare so different from other indutries that for HR jobs in Healthcare here in San Diego employers ask for previous experience in that industry? just curious, I think that HR is HR, you just need to learn the industry one you are on the job.
