Hello,
So I have a couple of questions, and wondering if you maybe would be of assistance.
I am currently a Store Manager of a small retail store. I achieved an HR Certificate, and have been in management for over 4 years. In that time most of my focus has been on hr activities, recruiting, payroll, administering background and reference checks etc. Since attaining my certificate I am having trouble stepping out of the retail management career an into an hr position. Any advice? What can I do to set myself apart from other applicants?

A man saw a small & poor boy looking at his beautifull and expensive car, he offered boy to take him for a drive. After the the drive the boy said your car is so marvellous it might be so expensive! how much does it cost? Man: Idon't know my brother has gifted it to me. Boy: wow so nice of him. Man: i know what you are thinking ... You also want to have a brother like him. Boy: NO, I WANT TO BE A BROTHER LIKE HIM.
MORAL: ALWAYS THINK HIGHER THEN THE PEOPLE'S EXPECTATIONS !!!
