Please review these FAQs for answers to the most commonly asked questions. Contact information for asking additional questions or to report technical problems is available on the bottom of this page.

1. How do I update my profile?

• Make sure you are logged into HRPeople account

• Click on the “My Profile” link in the upper right corner of any screen on HRPeople

• Click on the “My Full Bio” tab

• Place your mouse over any information you want to change and an “Edit” link will appear; Click on the link and then edit the information

2. How do I make my profile “private”?

• Follow the instructions for updating your profile in Question 1

• In the “Personal Information” section, set the “Personal Privacy Info” field to private

• In the “Professional Information” section, set the “Professional Privacy Info” field to private

3. How do I manage my e-mail subscriptions?

• Follow the instructions for updating your profile in Question 1

• Check or uncheck the appropriate boxes in the “Account Settings” section to subscribe or unsubscribe from the various HRPeople mailings

4. How do I change my primary e-mail address?

• Follow the instructions for updating your profile in Question 1

• You must first add a second e-mail address by clicking on the “Add Another Email” link in the “Account Settings” section

• Click on the activation link in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to your new e-mail address

• Once your new e-mail is activated, return to the “Account Settings” and on the “Make Primary” link next to your new e-mail address

5. How do I watch a video?

• You must have the latest version of Flash Player installed as a plugin in your web browser in order to watch videos on HRPeople

• You can download the latest version of Flash Player from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

6. I forgot my password. How can I access my account?

• You can have your forgotten password e-mailed to you at anytime by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link in the login screen

• Alternatively, you can use this link to have your password e-mailed to you

7. My Images are square and out of proportion!

• Don’t be fooled. Those are the thumbnails. If you click on them they go to the original size and proportion, then you can click on the arrows to the right or left and browse through the portfolio.

8. Asking additional questions or reporting bugs

If your question is not answered above, please send an email to info@hrpeople.com stating your problem as fully and clearly as possible.

In your email please include:

• Your Operating System (ex: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, etc.)

• Your Browser version (ex: Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 2.0, etc.)

• The address where the problem occurred (ex: http://hrpeople.monster.com/education)

• A description of the problem

9. How do I delete my account?

• Please send a message from your account to GeneralManager with the subject Close Account. To help us better serve you, please give a brief description of why you would like to close your account.
